Website Use You may browse our site for personal or business use. You cannot copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission. All material—text, images, pricing—is owned by Rental Dumpster Pros or our licensors.

Service Limitations We provide roll-off dumpster and portable toilet rentals nationwide. Sizes range from 6 to 40 cubic yards. Rental periods typically run 7 to 14 days. Extended rentals may incur additional fees. We do not handle hazardous waste, including chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste. Loads must not exceed the fill line; overfilled containers may be refused or charged extra.

Third-Party Providers In some areas, we coordinate with local haulers and service partners. These third parties operate independently. Rental Dumpster Pros is not liable for their actions or delays. We select partners based on reliability and compliance with local regulations, including OSHA 1926 sanitation standards and EPA waste disposal rules.

Liability Limits Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not responsible for damages from late delivery, missed pickup, or load rejection due to prohibited items. You assume responsibility for proper placement, permit acquisition (e.g., street placement permits from local public works), and safe loading. We are not liable for injury or property damage caused by misuse.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to revise these terms. Check this page periodically. The latest version applies to all orders placed after the update date.
